Where All Do We Deliver?

We deliver to all the postal addresses around India. The courier companies that we contact to for delivering the item don’t deliver to the post box address. Thus, we request you to provide us with the full street address with pin code.

We make no deliveries on the Saturdays and Sundays as in most of the cities, people follow a 5 day work culture. Most of the times, we can try to organize the deliveries on Saturdays as well but that would include extra cost and that depends on the case.

In addition to this, the deliveries are made during the normal working hours of the courier companies and this factor may depend on one country to the other.

Keep in mind that there are no shipments made on Sundays and on the public holidays from the store. The main reason for this is that our logistics partner doesn’t make up any pick-ups on those days.

If you have order more than two items like the ethnic Sarees with the different sets of handmade accessories, then you would receive it in the multiple boxes and on the different days. The reason for this is due to the different item availability and shipping locations. Most often times, the products are shipped separately from one to the other so as to add safety.

About the Delivery:

Ethnic Shops would make at least three of the attempts for delivering the order. And in case, if the customer isn’t reachable or doesn’t accept the delivery of the products, then Ethnic Shops have the right for cancelling the order or orders right at that time.

You can easily find the estimated delivery timeon the Order Summary page of your account. Upon placing the order, you would receive an email, and that would contain a summary of the order you placed and also the estimated delivery time to your place.
In some of the situations, the delivery would take much longer time due to the following reasons:

  • • Bad weather
  • • Flight delays
  • • Political disruptions
  • • Other unforeseen circumstances
  • • In such defined cases, we will try to reach out to you. Thus, it is advised to check your emails regularly for such updates.

About the Post Delivery and refunds:

Ethnic Shops would accept only the exchanges in the Indian market and if the below conditions aren’t met, and then the returns couldn’t be possible.

  • • Exchange is only allowed for the change of the size.
  • • An email should be sent immediately to the designated email address within the 48 hours of receiving the package.
  • • The tags on the product should be intact.
  • • The product that you received should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
  • • The item should be returned along with the original packaging.

How do I Track My Orders: You can track your orders in "My Orders" section We would send you an email regarding the tracking details and shipment of the order. The email would contain tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date and time of the delivery. Thus, one should keep in touch with the them.

What is Ethnic Shop's Shipping Policy?

We strive to deliver products purchased from Ethnic Shop in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We provide free shipping across the country for all the subsequent purchases of Rs. 1000 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000.

What is Ethnic Shop’s Fair Usage Policy?

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge of Rs. 150 for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.

How can I check if Ethnic Shop delivers to my PIN Code?

You can find out if Ethnic Shop delivers to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool available on the product page. Please tap on “Check Delivery options” and enter your area PIN code in the respective field to get the required information about standard order delivery time and availability of Cash on Delivery for the Product selected. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

How are orders placed on Ethnic Shop delivered to me?

All orders placed on Ethnic Shop are dispatched through our authentic and reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Fedex,Delhivery Etc.

Does Ethnic Shop deliver products outside India?

No. At this point, Ethnic Shop delivers products only within India.

I have received a partial item/partial order or an Untenanted/Void packet?

Kindly reach out to us for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

You may be required to share the information’s like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)

The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the Users

The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation

You may not be liable for a refund, if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

Failure to provide adequate information about the case.

Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box(if any)

If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made the same day.

You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days post - delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

You have used the item for which claim was raised.

In case of a component missing from a multi-component item such as Kurta, Bed - sheets, inner wear sets etc.only exchange return option would be provided basis serviceability and product type
